Hello from Tokyo š it's Sundayātime for a weekly recap! š
This week has been a productive one:
ā I wrapped up the login integration with an external APIšØ Started implementing the draft design (you know the drillāstartup life means we build it first, then tweak it later š )š Currently working on the Items page and the dialog component for displaying item detailsš§ Also took time to update some parts of the existing app based on our UX/UI designer's feedback
Looking ahead to next week:
- Crack the dialog component logic
- Provide API design feedback to teammates
- Try inserting real data from the API

Outside of work:
š± I challenged myself to post more regularlyāwhile I didnāt post every day, I'm slowly building a routine around sharing my thoughtsš For those who noticed, yesāI have a personal blog now! It's built with Payload CMS, which I self-hosted so I can publish anytime šØāš»š Iāve been working through an online backend development certification on Coursera and aiming to finish Module 6 by mid-July
𤫠On the side, Iāve been helping a friend with an LLM-related project in the education spaceācanāt say too much yet, but itās exciting!
š Last but not least, Iāve kicked off a new side projectāan upgraded version of my final bootcamp project! Iām teaming up with a friend and currently handling the backend setup using Prisma + PostgreSQL + Node MVC.
Thatās all for this weekāthanks for reading and see you in the next update! š
